Way cleaner, nicer, bigger than most hotels/motels in the area. Down the street you can rent a fiend, roaches and smaller rooms for an additional five buckd!

Housekeeping staff stays on top of it and are super helpful, the family that owns it is absolutely lovely. A safe little harbor in the night, I'll definitely stay again when I'm back on the west coast

Customer service was amazing. Room was a little outdated but for the price what do expect. Overall I had a really great experience staying at this Motel. Will go back again

When my husband and I were in neeed of a place during the hurricane these people worked with us on payment because we were paying out of pocket.The owners are family oriented and have nice clean rooms. What is awesome no bed bugs!!! Because Fl has an epidemic. Also its very close to the food bank. I was able to obtain a meal every day.I would recommend this motel that is on a tight budget.

Of all the motels on 14th Street this is the 5 star of them all!!! People say the owners are strict that is for good reasons. No visitors for good reasons, it keeps it safe. We stayed at this motel over 2 weeks with 3 different rooms. Only room 25 had roaches not a lot of roaches just a few. Room 15 and 30 no roaches. It's a safe place. Of all the places on 41 aka 14th this is the best place to stay. If u need anything they will assist u. I would highly recommend them. It's a peaceful quiet place to stay. owners care about the property. The price is great. And the place is clean and quiet and safe. Ignore the bad reviews. If u need to stay on 14th this is the very best place u can stay. Highest recommendations. The owners care about their motel. They do their best to keep it clean and safe. Id definitely rent from them again. Thank you for being amazing u... Definitely the best motel in Bradenton on 14th Street.

Have been a longtime guest at KM. It is clean, quiet, and a good value. The owners are kind, considerate people. It's likely that many of the bad reviews were from people who were denied a room for understandable reasons (could not pay, very loud, disturbing other guests).

This motel I read the reviews posted. Absolutely not true nor fair to the lady who runs this hotel. It is so affordable and she keeps it very clean. I'm OCD and I would be crazy if this place was anything but CLEAN. She doesn't tolerate unruliness from her guests which we appreciate cause we are elderly and here to work. Those reviews are from people she didn't tolerate and she got lied upon and given bad reviews. I can almost guarantee that. She has an excellent cleaning lady that is superb. Excellent place to stay and excellent price.

This is the nicest motel I have ever stayed at in my experience. Rooms are very clean and prices are extremely reasonable. I did not see any bugs and the staff was very friendly depending upon the person. I can see that the owner can be strict but it is better like that in a way otherwise the property would be garbage like the rest of the motels surrounding them. No they do not allow visitors anymore but that's only because people have ruined it for everyone and taken advantage of of it when it was allowed and the visitors would be rambunctious and leave A mess. Other motels surrounding this area I wouldn't even give a half a star if it was possible.

Overall my stay at the Kentucky motel was awesome!!! The staff was very nice especially the woman at the front desk. Her son was very accommodating also when it came to helping me with my booking. I initially was gonna stay 1 night but extended my stay because I had such a relaxing time. The rates are some of the best in town too. And I’m top of it all, I avoided a hurricane while being comfortable. Tv and chill all day long plus some much needed rest and we never lost power. Definitely coming back and I highly recommend staying here.
